What is happening
The open questions are no longer technical. They are about judgement, responsibility and trust.
The organisation may have enough evidence to move. What remains unresolved is who will carry responsibility, which trade-offs leadership will accept and what the decision means for the people affected.
Waiting has a cost. Moving without agreement does too.
What leadership still needs to decide
- What decision is the team actually making?
- Which trade-offs are acceptable, and to whom?
- What will leaders remain responsible for after the technology is introduced?
